Reagle Health Limited is a healthcare company engaged in providing a range of healthcare services. We operate primarily within United Kingdom, with a network that includes healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and various suppliers and partners.


Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking:

We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

  1. Risk Assessment: Regularly assessing the nature and extent of our exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in our supply chain.
  2. Supplier Audits: Conducting audits of suppliers to evaluate their compliance with our ethical standards, including issues related to modern slavery and human trafficking.
  3. Contracting and Compliance: Ensuring that our contracts with suppliers and partners have specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour, and that they comply with all local and national laws.

Measuring Effectiveness:

We will measure the effectiveness of the steps we are taking to ensure that slavery and/or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain. This will include regular reviews of supplier audits, feedback from training sessions, and monitoring of compliance with our policies.

Reporting and Whistleblowing:

We encourage all employees, customers, and suppliers to report any suspicion of slavery or human trafficking without fear of retaliation. Reports can be made confidentially and anonymously.


This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year. Reagle Health Limited is committed to continuously reviewing and updating our practices in combating modern slavery and human trafficking.



This statement has been formally approved by the Directors of Reagle Health Limited and is reviewed and updated annually.
